Voices

and All the Tiny Words

Welcome to our comment section. I was unsure if I should call this page feedback, opinions, rants, or something lovely, like, musings. No, if you actually know who I am, you would have thought I would have chosen something else. Something much brighter, happier, and more entertaining to say. Actually, much cuter! But, that wouldn’t represent any of the men that are part of this project, so, I’ll try to tone down everything adorable. Now, since this is online, and there’s a world full of people who have something to say, we shall call it Voices. And, yes, if there is something that you have to make sure that we get, here’s a form for you to send to us. Happy Communicating!

“Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate, and to humble.”

-Yehuda Berg

This is our logo. Anytime you see this, you’ll know it’s from us or it will help you navigate though all of the pages. Isn’t it a great favicon?! There’s been something floating around in the back of my mind about teaching or doing simple web stuff for everyone out there that doesn’t like it or have any affinity to it. Stay tuned!

The caveat to this post is that we will have random sign up for things to get, clubs to join, and subscriptions to sign up for.

“Peace requires us to surrender our illusions of control. We can love and care for others but we cannot possess our children, lovers, family, or friends. We can assist them, pray for them, and wish them well, yet in the end their happiness and suffering depend on their thoughts and actions, not on our wishes.”

Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap, but by the seeds you plant.

Yes, we know that this is a bit unconventional and maybe even a little strange. There’s no conspiracy or creepiness going on here. You’re not going to find a hidden agenda or any codes hidden in the writing or any of the posts. It’s just regular and some not-so regular people who like the anonymity and the immunity of the thoughts and judgments of others. If you’d like to leave a comment., this is the place. You won’t find a spot anywhere else on this site. Here we write because we want to write, not because we want anyone’s opinion or need anyone’s approval. And, if we need a proofreader or an editor, don’t fret. We will hire one.

There will always be people who are different than you. and that you may not understand as well as you think you do. Do not assume that you know why anyone does anything. Be aware of your thoughts and that you’re not be lured from your path by distractions. Ask yourself instead, “What do I need to do today to be my best self?” Get the answer, and go and do that.

When you’re here, on this blog, let all the pressures of the world fall away. This space, when you meditate, when you write, let it be a soothing cleansing happening. Find that stillness. Then, begin again.

Character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are.
– John Wooden
